You may return a new computer purchased from Acellus Corporation that is “dead on arrival,” arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Acellus Corporation reserves the right to test “dead on arrival” returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Acellus Corporation will not accept returns of any tablet or notebook computer more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.

Perfect device for my distracted 14 year old’s schooling. Nice to know that she is not messing around on the internet when it is time for Accellus. While she was frustrated at first she quickly came to love it and eventually admitted that it was a very nice and high quality device especially compared to her other computer. (Fist pump) Have had it for a couple months now and we have not run into any issues yet. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a device for this program of online schooling.

I love this computer! Its aesthetics are quite appealing and it’s performance is fairly decent. I had a moment of panic when ran some tests (being the avid programmer I am) and realized it might have some problems handling certain webpages. Then I realized: It doesn’t even deal with most webpages!
All-in-all I think this computer is a great addition to Acellus’ wonderful products that make all of our lives easier.
