Monthly Report Keeps Parents Informed on Student Progress

Acellus now sends out a monthly report to keep you informed on the progress of your students. The Report gives details on things like the progress your students are making in each Acellus course, their scores, and the time they spent on each subject. This allows you to clearly see where your students are having success and where they need to make more effort.

If you are not receiving this Monthly Report, ask your student to add your email address in Acellus.

The monthly report is broken out into these three sections:

– Progress Goal – Here you can see how many steps your students were supposed to complete for the month, how many they actually completed, and a Progress Score, which is a percentage based on the work accomplished.

– Score Breakout – In this section, you will see a breakout of the different components of your student’s total score, including the percent possible and the percent earned by your student. This lets you clearly see what percent each component is of your students’ total Class Grade.

– Time Spent – The amount of time your students spent working in Acellus is displayed in this section, broken out by each day of the month. With this information you can readily see where your students are spending their Acellus time and can make any adjustments necessary.

The Monthly Email Report is another Acellus feature that helps us work together to make the education of our students the most effective it can be.
