New Acellus Middle School Course – Grade 7 Social Studies
The new Grade 7 Social Studies course is part of a new Acellus Middle School course series and focuses on world history and geography from Medieval to Early Modern times.
It begins with the social, cultural, and technological developments in Europe, Asia, and Africa, and continues on to cover the history and geography of great civilizations that were developing throughout the world.
The course also delves into the Enlightenment, the Scientific Revolution, and the natural rights of man, with a focus on the political impact of the Enlightenment and its influence on the world today.
Grade 7 Social Studies addresses various national and state standards including those of California.
