National Cyberschool

Engage Homeschool Families
with Hybrid Learning

National Cyberschool is a program designed to help public school districts offer hybrid learning, blending flexible at-home instruction with participation in local school events. This gives families the option of allowing their students to study from home, but still participate in activities of the local school district, such as sports, arts, music and dance, ensuring students stay connected to their local home school community and thriving in their academic studies.

Virtual School Startup Grant Money Available

Grant money is available to launch the National Cyberschool program in 100 schools. This initiative equips your district with the elements needed to successfully start and operate a virtual program, including ready-to-use Board of Education approval materials, clear documentation defining the role of local supervisory teachers, and—most importantly—powerful tools to re-engage homeschooling families.

Key Elements of National Cyberschool

Student Recruitment: We connect districts with families interested in participating in local school events and activities that wish to study from home. It is for these families that the program of hybrid learning was created.

Effective Hybrid Learning: This flexible hybrid model empowers students to study from home while remaining fully connected to their local school community. Students can be involved in local school activities, including sports events, arts, band and other social events.

Seamless Integration & Setup: National Cyberschool is already established and in operation. By joining with the districts already in this national initiative you are up and running as a virtual school almost overnight.  Most importantly, you have the National Cyberschool team to provide training for your district’s teaching staff and support for parents.
