Please complete the following form to request a return of merchandise purchased from the Acellus Store. If submitting returns from multiple orders, please submit a separate request for each order.

All returns of merchandise purchased from the Acellus Store are governed by the Acellus Store Return Policy. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to its terms, including applicable restocking fees, the requirement that returned merchandise be postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt, and your responsibility for return shipping costs. Submission does not guarantee a refund or authorize a return. Returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by the Acellus Store, and merchandise received without one may be refused or discarded without compensation.

This request is outside the return window. Per the Acellus Store Return Policy, returned merchandise must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the date of receipt. Items received more than 7 days ago are not eligible for return.

Per the Return Policy, if merchandise returned as damaged or defective is found upon inspection to be neither defective nor damaged, Acellus reserves the right to charge a restocking fee equal to 30% of the price of the item.

This item is not eligible for return. Under the Return Policy, clothing must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached, and all other merchandise must be new and unopened in its original packaging. You may remove this item from your request. If submitted, it will not be approved for return.
