In Windows Vista, when using Internet Explorer, while a student is working, the problems and
notebook areas turn white and the student is unable to continue.

There are two alternative solutions for this problem:
- Close the browser and restart Acellus. Be sure that the student
has only one tab open in the browser while using Acellus.
- Use Firefox.

When Version III is upgraded to Version IV, the conversion never finishes.
|
|
The Version III-IV upgrade requires that you have several ports open, outgoing only, in your firewall.
In addition, once you have attempted to upgrade and have encountered this problem, your server will need
to be reset before you can successfully complete the upgrade. Please contact Customer Service for
assistance with these items.

In Windows 98, with Firefox, after the student has done several lessons, Firefox and Windows 98 may
lose synchronization, which causes the browser to stop responding to the student.

Try each of the following in the given order until the student is able to move forward:
- Restart the browser.
- Empty the browser's cache and then restart the browser.
- Reboot the computer.
- Call Customer Support.
